Refund policy

At Treasureskart, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

• Window: You have 7 calendar days from the date you received an item to initiate a return.

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

• Exclusions: Certain types of items cannot be returned, including sale items, gift cards, and personal care products.

Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

   

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or via bank transfer for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

   

• You will receive the credit within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer's or bank's policies.
